About Jenny Barth
Build More Meaningful Connections
The quality of our lives depends on the quality of our relationships, both with ourselves and others. My own life has been significantly impacted by the work of good therapists who helped me deepen my understanding of myself and build healthier, more connected relationships. I feel privileged to help others in this same process.

About Me.
I love the work I do as a therapist and feel both grateful to and inspired by my clients. I am also a mom to teens and adults, a great source of meaning and joy for me. Cooking for and spending time with friends and family keeps me happy and grounded. I also love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, biking and camping. I love traveling and taking long, meandering walks in new cities. I am an avid reader, with books piled on flat surfaces all through my home. I believe that our capacity to connect both with ourselves and others is our most fundamental source of meaning and wellness, and I am grateful when I get to laugh and/or cry with those I love. I come to this work not only as a trained clinician, but as a fellow human doing the work alongside you, and I have also benefited immensely from the support of skilled therapists.
